Ingredients:
125g snow peas 1 shallot 125g celery 150g cooked Chinese mushrooms
60g carrots 60g turnip 1 tsp oil 1 slice ginger

Seasoning:
2 tbsp stock 1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy 1 tsp sugar

Method:
Clean and trim the snow peas and the celery. Peel the carrots and turnip and slice them. Shred the ginger and slice the shallot.
Bring the oil to the boil in a heavy-based saucepan and sauté the shredded ginger and the sliced shallot until aromatic. Pour in the sliced carrot and turnip, the cooked Chinese mushrooms, and stir fry for 2 minutes. Mix in the snow peas. Add the celery, stream in the mixed seasoning, and stir fry thoroughly. Adjust the flavour to taste and dish.

材料：
荷兰豆 125克姜1片芹菜125克葱头 1粒
红萝卜 60克熟冬菇150克萝卜60克油1茶匙
调味：
上汤2汤匙蚝油1茶匙生抽1汤匙糖1茶匙
制法：
荷兰豆、芹菜摘妥洗净。红萝卜、萝卜去皮切片。姜切丝，葱头切片。

厚锅烧热将油煮沸，放入姜、葱头爆香。随将两种萝卜及冬菇倾下拌炒2分钟，续把荷兰豆放入拌匀。最后加入芹菜及调味料拌炒透彻，试至合味上碟。
